- What is Linea?
- Linea is a private space for independent psychologists: a public booking page plus a clinical workspace with a calendar, client records, end-to-end encrypted session notes, and goal tracking.
- Can Linea read my session notes?
- No. Session notes and goal descriptions are end-to-end encrypted in your browser with a key derived from your passphrase. We can never read their content — only you can.
- What happens if I forget my passphrase?
- During setup you receive a 24-word recovery sheet. It is the only way to recover encrypted notes if you forget your passphrase, so store it somewhere safe. Linea cannot recover it for you.
- Can I export my data?
- Yes. You can export a client's full profile — sessions, goals, and decrypted notes — to a PDF at any time, and your records are always yours to take with you.
- Where is my data stored?
- Linea runs on EU-region infrastructure. Personal data is not transferred outside the EU/EEA except under appropriate safeguards.
- How do clients book with me?
- Every account comes with a public profile at linea.space/your-name. Clients request a session there; you review and confirm each booking — nothing is confirmed until you approve it.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes. Linea has a free plan so you can try it, and a single paid Practice plan with unlimited clients and booking requests. You can change or cancel your plan at any time.
